Mini Stollen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
8.5 oz ground almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 None eggs, 1 whole, 1 white
1.75 oz mixed candied fruit, chopped
None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Beat the flour, sugar, butter, almonds, vanilla extract and whole egg together, then knead into a smooth dough. Cover and chill for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 3/4 inch thick and cut into 40 pieces. Shape into balls, lay on the baking sheets and flatten slightly.
Brush with egg white and sprinkle with the fruit. Bake for 20 mins, until golden. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
