Pork Chops With Glazed Vegetable Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None baby potatoes, halved
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 None zucchini, halved lengthwise and thickly sliced
    1 None red pepper, cut into cubes
    4 None pork chops
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave potatoes for 4 mins, or until parcooked.
    Meanwhile, combine mustard, honey and oil in a small bowl. Thread potatoes, zucchini and pepper alternately onto 12 bamboo skewers.
    Heat a lightly oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook pork and vegetable kebabs for 4 mins each side, brushing with mustard mixture, until cooked through. Season and serve with lemon wedges.
