Spicy Chicken And Pepper Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz rigatoni pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 None chicken breasts, diced
    2 None onions, diced
    1 can chopped tomatoes (about 14 oz)
    2 None red peppers, diced
    Pinch None chili flakes
    2 tbsp chives
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water for 10-12 mins, until tender then drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and onions and fry, stirring, for 6-8 mins. Pour in the tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins. Add the peppers and continue to cook for 3-5 mins. Stir in the chili flakes and season.
    Mix the pasta into the sauce then divide between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with chives then serve.
