Chicken Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup wholegrain bread, cubed
2 tsp oil
2 slices bacon, chopped
7 oz baby romaine lettuce
12 oz shredded chicken
2 None eggs, hard-boiled, halved
None None Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 None lemon, juiced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp anchovies, drained, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
None None hot sauce, to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Toast bread for 5-10 mins, until golden. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan. Add bacon and cook for 2 mins, until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Chop. Toss with lettuce, chicken and hard-boiled eggs.
To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, anchovies, garlic and hot sauce. Season.
Drizzle dressing over salad and top with croutons and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
