Asian Style Beef Tartare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 None spring onions, cut into rings
    1 None red chilli, deseeded and chopped
    1/2 bunch chives, cut into rings
    20 g sushi ginger, finely chopped
    400 g fillet steak, diced
    1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    3 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp dry sherry
    4-5 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
    For the sauce, mix together the soy sauce and sherry. Season. Add the oil and chili sauce then mix in the ginger, chives, sesame seeds and chili pepper. Stir in the diced steak, mixing well to coat it in the sauce. Sprinkle with the spring onions to serve.
