Ingredients

1/2 cup tomato and basil sauce
2 pieces flatbread
2 None small zucchini, halved, thinly sliced on a bias
9 oz medium raw prawns, peeled, deveined
2 oz pitted kalamata olives, halved
2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
1 oz marinated feta cheese, drained, crumbled
30 leaves baby arugula, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
Spread tomato sauce over flatbread. Top with zucchini, prawns, olives, oregano and feta. Season. Bake for 8-10 mins, or until bases are crisp and golden. Cut into quarters. Serve topped with arugula.
