Tuna And Carrot Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz) can tuna in brine, drained
    1 None small carrot, chopped finely
    2 None cornichons, chopped finely
    4 tbsp ricotta cheese
    6 pieces lavash bread
Preparation
    Combine tuna, carrot, cornichons and 2 tbsp ricotta in a medium bowl.
    Spread remaining ricotta over 3 pieces of lavash. Top each with another piece of lavash then spread tuna mixture along 1 short edge of each piece of bread. Roll each stack up tightly, trimming edges. Using a serrated knife, cut each roll into 4 pieces.
