Buckwheat Blinis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    1/4 cup plain flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 None egg, beaten lightly
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder into a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in egg and buttermilk then stir in butter.
    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat. Add tablespoonfuls of batter to pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip over and cook until bottoms are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
