Oysters With Wasabi Mayo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 None sheet Nori seaweed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 None lime, zest finely grated, juiced
1 tsp wasabi paste
8 None oysters
Preparation

Fold the seaweed sheet into quarters lengthwise. Using scissors, cut into fine strips.
For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice and wasabi in a bowl.
Serve oysters in the shell or in ceramic spoons. Top evenly with sauce and shredded seaweed.
