Apple, Pecan And Quinoa Bircher Muesli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz quinoa flakes
1 None medium red apple, coarsely grated
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp roasted pecans
Preparation

Combine quinoa flakes and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until soft.
Stir in grated apple, yogurt, agave syrup and vanilla then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve.
