Oysters With Pesto Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, softened
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh basil
    2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
    24 None oysters, on the half shell
Preparation
    For the pesto butter, blend or process the butter, lemon juice and basil until smooth. Fold in the nuts. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Divide the pesto butter among the oysters. Bake, uncovered, in the oven for about 5 mins or until the butter melts and the oysters are heated through. Serve hot.
