Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 None chicken breasts, breaded
3.5 oz mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup prepared pasta sauce
1/4 cup basil leaves
1 oz Parmesan, grated
None None Green salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat oil and butter together in a large frying pan on medium. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side, until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Transfer chicken to a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Spoon tomato sauce over, top with basil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve with green salad.
