Fish Masala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz) jar tikka masala simmer sauce
    2 lb boneless firm white fish, cubed
    5 oz green beans, trimmed, halved
    None None steamed basmati rice, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 3-4 mins, or until onion is tender.
    Add simmer sauce to pan and cook, stirring, for 1 min, or until fragrant.
    Add fish and green beans. Cook, covered, for 8-10 mins, or until fish is cooked to your liking. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
