Fusilli In Shiitake Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp olive oil
    3.5 oz shiitake mushrooms, quartered
    1 lb ground beef
    2 None onions, peeled and finely diced
    7 oz cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    14 oz fusilli pasta
    2/3 cup basil, chopped
Preparation
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and saute the mushrooms for 5 mins, turning. Season to taste and remove from the pan. Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan brown the ground beef for 3 mins, stirring. Add the onions and tomatoes and cook for 2 mins. Season to taste, add the cream and bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 mins.
    Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return to the pan. Add the cooking water, ground beef, mushrooms and basil and toss together. Heat until warmed through and serve.
