Ricotta, Goat Cheese And Arugula Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pizza dough
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 oz goat cheese, crumbled
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    6 oz baby arugula leaves
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Grease 2 pizza pans or baking sheets. Halve dough and roll out each piece to a 13 x 9-inch rectangle. Place on pans.
    Brush pizzas with 1 tbsp oil. Combine garlic and goat cheese in a bowl. Crumble over pizzas. Top with ricotta. Season and drizzle each with 1 tbsp oil.
    Bake for 15 mins, swapping pans halfway through cooking, until pizza is browned and bottom is crisp. Top with arugula and drizzle with remaining oil.
