Classic Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb ground beef
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    3 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tbsp olive oil
    8 None burger buns, halved, toasted
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    8 leaves lettuce
    2 None large tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup ketchup
    4 None pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
    1 None onion, halved, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Season then shape into 16 - 3 1/2 inch patties. Combine cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle over 1/2 the patties, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Place remaining patties on top and pinch edges to seal.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 mins then flip over and cook for 2 mins, or until cooked to your liking.
    Spread mustard over buns then fill with lettuce, tomatoes, patties, ketchup, pickles and onion.
