Chocolate Chunk & Raspberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 None large egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp, sifted
    1/4 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    4 oz frozen raspberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line 2-3 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until combined. Stir in flour, cocoa powder and baking soda until just combined. Fold in chocolate and frozen raspberries. Drop level tablespoons of mixture 2 inches apart on prepared trays. Flatten into 1 1/2 inch rounds. Bake for 15 mins, or until cookies can be pushed gently without breaking. Let cool on trays for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
