Open Caprese Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz sausage meat
    4 None thick slices ciabatta bread, toasted
    2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
    4 small fresh mozzarella cheese balls, thinly sliced
    4-5 sprigs basil leaves
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Shape sausage meat into 4 thin patties. Cook patties in a heated oiled large skillet on medium heat, for 3 mins each side or until cooked through.
    Top ciabatta with tomatoes, cheese, patties and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; season to taste.
