Chili Pork Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/3 lbs pork, thinly sliced
1 None onion, peeled and cut into wedges
1 None carrot, peeled, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally
2 stalks celery, sliced
3.5 oz green beans, trimmed, cut in half diagonally
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 None lime, juiced
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup peanuts, crushed
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped, plus extra to serve
None None Cooked rice, to serve
Preparation

Heat half of the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Stir-fry the pork, in batches, for 1-2 mins, until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the remaining oil to the wok and heat. Stir-fry the onion, carrot and celery for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add the pork and beans and stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until the beans are just tender.
Whisk together the sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Add to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Remove from the heat.
Add the peanuts and cilantro and toss to combine. Serve with rice and extra cilantro, if desired.
