Duck With Indonesian Style Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz packet fresh thin hokkien noodles
    5 oz shredded barbecued duck meat
    2 cups mixed sprouts (mung, alfalfa, snow peas)
    4 None medium hard-boiled eggs, halved
    1 cup peanuts, roughly crushed
Preparation
    Prepare noodles following packet instructions. Drain well and place in a large bowl and allow to cool.
    Mix in the duck and sprouts. Top with hard-boiled egg and nuts and serve.
