Strawberries And Cream Powder Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None eggs
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp self-rising flour
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp powdered sugar, plus extra to dust
    9 oz strawberries, hulled, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 2 - 12-cup shallow patty pans or muffin pans.
    Whip eggs for about 5 mins, until thick and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition, or until sugar is dissolved.
    Sift cornstarch and flour together 3 times. Gently fold into egg mixture. Distribute between pans and bake for 12 mins, or until cakes spring back when touched lightly in the center. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
    Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks. Fold in strawberries. Sandwich sponge cakes together with cream mixture and dust with extra powdered sugar.
