Pear And Passionfruit Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 can (16 oz) canned pears in syrup, drained and chopped
    1 can (6 oz) passionfruit pulp
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Place a heaping tablespoon pear and a teaspoon passionfruit in center of each square. Brush edges of pastry lightly with water. Fold corners into center over filling, pinching edges to seal. Arrange on prepared pan.
    Bake 20-25 mins, until puffed and golden. Serve topped with remaining pulp. Dust with powdered sugar.
