Spaghetti With Avocado, Feta And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz feta, finely crumbled
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 None avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
    3-4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    14 oz spaghetti
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb raw shrimp, trimmed and peeled
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
    1 None red chili, deseeded and finely sliced
Preparation
    Combine feta and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Puree avocado and lemon juice in a blender, season, and stir into the feta cream.
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan and saute shrimp for 2 mins. Add garlic and chili and saute for another 2 mins. Season to taste.
    Drain spaghetti and return to saucepan. Stir three quarters of the sauce into the pasta and add the shrimp mixture. Divide among 4 bowls, top with remaining sauce and garnish with finely sliced chili.
