Doner Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp baharat (Middle Eastern spice blend)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 1/4 lb boneless lamb chops, butterflied
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup hummus, to serve
    4 None pitas, to serve
    1 head baby romaine lettuce, shredded finely, to serve
    3 None tomatoes, seeded, chopped coarsely, to serve
Preparation
    Combine 4 cloves garlic, baharat, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a large bowl. Add lamb chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining oil, lemon juice and garlic with yogurt. Cover and refrigerate until required.
    Preheat grill and oil grates. Grill steaks until browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Let rest for 5 mins then slice thinly.
    Spread hummus over pitas. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes and steak then drizzle with yogurt sauce.
