Pan Fried Fish With Radicchio And Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 lbs white fish fillets
None None salt and freshly ground white pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 None medium radicchio
2 None medium oranges, segmented
1/3 cup whole blanched almonds, toasted
3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation

Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Cook fish, in batches, until browned on both sides and cooked as desired. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Meanwhile, combine the garlic, mustard, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste in a jar. Shake well.
Divide the radicchio leaves, oranges, almonds, parsley and fish among the serving plates. Drizzle salad with the dressing. Serve.
