Banana Fritters With Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    None None vegetable oil, to deep-fry
    6 None bananas, peeled, halved lengthwise
    None None honey and heavy cream, to serve
Preparation
    Sift 1 cup flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Whisk in 1 1/4 cups chilled water until smooth. Let stand for 10 mins.
    Meanwhile, fill a large saucepan or wok with 1 inch of oil and heat to 350\u00b0F.
    Working in batches, dust bananas in remaining flour, shaking off excess. Dip in batter then deep-fry for 3-4 mins, until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with honey and heavy cream.
