Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz bean sprouts
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/4 lb ground beef
    2 None onions, peeled and diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp sambal oelek
    1 pinch sugar
    3 None limes, 1 cut into wedges, 1 zested, 2 juiced
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    10 sprigs fresh cilantro, leaves removed
    8.75 oz basmati rice
    None None ground coriander, for garnish
    4 None small red chilies, for garnish
Preparation
    Place bean sprouts in a bowl, cover with boiling water for 3 mins, drain and set aside.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown ground beef over high heat until crumbly. Add onions and garlic and saute for 2 mins. Add sambal paste and season. Add a pinch of sugar, lime juice and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts, cilantro, lime zest and lime wedges and cook for 1 min.
    Meanwhile, cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain then transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with ground coriander. Add ground beef mixture and garnish with chili.
