Barbecue Lamb Kebabs With Feta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 1/4 lbs boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3/4 cup pitted black olives
    1 None tomato,chopped coarsely
    5 oz feta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine oil, lemon peel and juice, garlic, oregano and onion in a large bowl. Add the lamb; turn to coat in marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread the lamb onto 12 skewers. Cook until browned all over and cooked to desired doneness.
    For the salad, combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Serve with the lamb.
