Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    750 g minced lamb
    250 g mushrooms, quartered
    1 large onion, diced
    2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp paprika
    2 packets instant mash
    15 g butter
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1-2 tbsp tomato puree
    75 g cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 bunch chives, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Heat oil in a large pan. Saute lamb and mushrooms, until browned. Add onion, garlic and paprika. Season. Add tomato paste. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
    Combine mashed potatoes, butter and nutmeg then spoon over lamb mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 mins, until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with fresh chives.
