Fish Sandwiches With Caesar Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None white fish fillets, halved
    -1 None Caesar Dressing
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    4 None anchovy fillets, drained, chopped finely

    8 slices sourdough bread
    1 head baby romaine lettuce, leaves separated
    4 None large hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
    1/4 cup flaked Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Oil a large frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook fish fillets until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat, cover and let rest for 5 mins.
    Meanwhile, to make the Caesar dressing, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar and anchovy fillets.
    Spread dressing over bread. Top 1/2 with lettuce, eggs, fish and cheese. Top with remaining bread. Serve.
