Brioche Berry Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups frozen mixed berries
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    8 slices brioche or raisin bread
    5 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup honey, warmed
    None None Whipped cream and fresh mint leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Place berries and powdered sugar in a small saucepan on low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 mins, until berries are thawed and juicy.
    Meanwhile, toast brioche or raisin bread. Spread evenly with cream cheese.
    To serve, drizzle with honey and top with warm berry mixture. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a few mint leaves.
