Avocado-Suffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None avocado, flesh scooped out
    1 None small onion, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    20 None closed-cap mushrooms (such as button or crimini), stems removed
    1/2 None red bell pepper, seeded and minced
    None None chili powder, for dusting
    None None allspice, for dusting
Preparation
    Mash the avocado with the onion and lemon juice. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped nozzle.
    Pipe the avocado mix into the mushroom caps. Garnish with the chopped pepper and sprinkle with the chili and allspice.
