Bacon Wrapped New Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 None (8-oz) package bacon
1 lb baby new potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 tsp salt flakes
2 tbsp fresh chopped flatleaf parsley
None None Steak sauce or ketchup for dipping, or salad and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to serve (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Cut each slice of bacon into three pieces. Wrap each potato with a piece of bacon and place, seam-side down, on a baking tray. Sprinkle with the salt flakes and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bacon is golden and the potatoes tender. Sprinkle with the fresh chopped parsley. Serve with steak sauce or ketchup for dipping or with salad and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if liked.
