Indian Beef And Green Bean Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp mild curry paste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 lb ground beef
1 (13.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
7 oz green beans, trimmed, halved

4 None pappadums
2 None carrots, grated
1 None orange, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch slices
1 bunch fresh mint, leaves picked
1 tbsp currants
None None cooked rice, to serve
Preparation

Combine curry paste and mustard seeds in a large frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 1 min, until fragrant. Add ground beef and brown for 2-3 mins. Add tomatoes and green beans. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 mins.
Meanwhile, to make the salad, arrange pappadums in single layer on a serving plate. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 40 seconds-1 min, until puffed and golden. In a medium bowl, toss together carrots, orange, mint and currants. Crumble pappadums over top when ready to serve.
Serve curry with salad and rice.
