Guacamole With Crudités - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None avocados, halved, pitted
    4.5 oz canned corn kernels, drained
    1 None tomato, seeded, finely chopped
    2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    1 None carrot, peeled, cut into sticks
    2 stalks celery, trimmed, cut into sticks
    1 None red pepper, seeded, cut into sticks
    2 None Persian cucumbers, seeded, cut into sticks
Preparation
    Mash avocado flesh. Mix in corn, tomato, onions and lemon juice. Season.
    Serve with crudites.
