Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup self-rising flour
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Melt butter with milk in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and granulated sugar. Stir in sifted flour and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Spread mixture into prepared dish.
    Sift brown sugar and remaining cocoa over the top. Gently pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture.
    Bake pudding, uncovered, about 40 mins or until center is firm. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
