Beef And Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet pizza base mix
    2 medium eggs
    250 g sour cream
    2 tbsp oil
    350 g minced beef
    175 g onion, chopped
    1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
    200 ml chopped tomatoes
    400 g cherry tomatoes, halved
    50 g green olives, drained and chopped
    2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch pie dish. Heat oil and brown meat for 4 mins. Add onion and cook for 3-4 mins then add spring onions and tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 mins. Remove from heat, season and set aside. Mix eggs with 1/2 cup sour cream, season and set aside.
    Roll out, then line prepared pie dish with pizza dough. Press dough into edges then fill with tomato mixture. Pour egg mixture over top and bake on bottom rack for 10-15 mins then cover with foil and bake for another 10 mins.
    To serve, mix olives with remaining sour cream and milk and serve on the side with quiche.
