Grilled Curry Chicken With Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp mild curry powder
    1 cup coconut milk
    8 None boneless chicken thighs
    2 None fresh mangoes, destoned, sliced
    2 None red chili peppers, cut into rings
    1 None cucumber, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 oz fresh mint leaves
    2 tbsp lime juice
    None None Naan bread, to serve
Preparation
    For the chicken, combine curry powder and coconut milk in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Season. Preheat grill to medium. Cook 6 mins each side, or until browned and cooked through.
    Place mango, chili peppers, cucumber, mint and lime juice in a bowl and toss to combine. Serve with chicken and naan bread.
