Vegetable Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz baby carrots, trimmed, sliced lengthwise
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 oz snow peas, trimmed
1 tsp minced garlic
1 (15 oz) can whole baby corn, drained
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup store-bought teriyaki sauce, such as Lawry's
Preparation

In a large frying pan, cook carrots with 1/4 cup water over medium-high heat for 5 mins, or until water has evaporated. Add vegetable oil and snow peas. Cook for 2 mins, tossing occasionally. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 mins, or until corn is heated through, stirring.
