Croque-Monsieur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None soft butter, to spread on bread
    8 thick slices brioche bread
    4 slices ham
    4.5 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
    3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
    1 None egg
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Spread butter over brioche. Top 4 slices of bread with ham. Combine cheese, sour cream, egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Season then spread over ham. Sandwich with remaining bread.
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Working in batches, toast sandwiches for 1-2 mins per side, until golden. Transfer to oven and bake for 5 mins, until cheese melts. Serve hot.
