Vietnamese-Style Chicken And Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    8.75 oz cooked chicken, shredded
    7 oz firm tofu, thinly sliced
    2 None carrots, coarsely grated
    1 lb Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced on a bias
    1/3 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
    None None cooked jasmine rice, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk mayonnaise, fish sauce and lemon juice. Toss with chicken, tofu, carrot, cabbage, onion and peanuts. Serve with jasmine rice.
