Mediterranean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
    3.5 oz green beans, trimmed
    3 None medium eggs, hard boiled and shelled
    3.5 oz black olives, drained
    3.5 oz salami, cut into strips
    1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped
    None None Chives, finely chopped, to taste
    None None Dressing
    4 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    None None Flat leaf parsley, to garnish
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Add beans for final 3-4 minutes; drain.
    Cut eggs into wedges. Toss with all the salad ingredients. Mix together dressing ingredients and season to taste. Drizzle salad with dressing, garnish with parsley and serve.
