Fennel Salad With Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None tomatoes, seeded and diced
    2 bulbs fennel, cut into thin strips
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1 None small cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped finely
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 - 7 oz cans tuna, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Mix the tomato and fennel in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the cucumber, garlic and cilantro, season to taste and stir in the olive oil. Add the tuna and serve.
