Cajun Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 1/4 lb ground chicken, seasoned, shaped into 4 patties
1 tbsp vegetable oil
10 oz tomatoes, finely chopped
1 None medium red onion, peeled, finely chopped
4 None burger buns, toasted
4 leaves lettuce
1 None avocado, sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
None None sweet chili sauce, for serving
Preparation

Combine flour and Cajun seasoning. Dredge patties in seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large nonstick frying pan. Add patties and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
Meanwhile, for the salsa, combine tomatoes and onion. Season. Set aside.
Top bottom burger buns with lettuce, avocado and patties then with mayonnaise and salsa. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over top then sandwich with top buns.
