Prosciutto And Zucchini Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen pie dough, thawed
    3 None eggs
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1 None zucchini, coarsely grated
    1 None spring onion, trimmed, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 oz prosciutto, finely chopped
    1 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper. Cut an 8 inch square from pie dough and use to line pan. Prick lightly with a fork then bake for 10-15 mins, until lightly golden.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0F. Whisk eggs, sour cream, zucchini, onion and garlic together. Season to taste then transfer to pie shell. Sprinkle with prosciutto and cheese. Bake for 25-30 mins, until just set. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then remove and cut into small squares.
