Peach And Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 None peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped
1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats, plus 1 tbsp
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted, plus extra to serve
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 - 8x3 inch loaf pans. Line bases and 2 long sides with parchment paper.
Sift flour and 1/2 tsp cinnamon together into a large bowl. Add peaches, 1 cup pecans, sugar and 1/3 cup oats. Whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla then mix into dry ingredients. Distribute between prepared loaf pans, smooth tops and sprinkle with remaining pecans, oats and cinnamon. Bake for 50-55 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm with extra butter.
