Sticky Roast Chicken Drumsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp chilli sauce
8 None chicken drumsticks
1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges
2 None red peppers, deseeded and cut into wedges
1-2 None garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
2-3 tbsp olive oil
None None fresh thyme, to garnish (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. For the glaze, place the ketchup in a small saucepan with the soy sauce, honey and chili sauce and heat gently.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze. Roast for 35-40 mins, until cooked through.
Place the potato wedges and peppers on a baking sheet and add the garlic, thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with the oil and toss well to mix. Roast alongside the chicken for 30-35 mins, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through and golden. Garnish with the fresh thyme, if using.
