Banana Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None bananas
3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
3.5 oz mini marshmallows
Preparation

Preheat a grill plate over medium heat.
Peel bananas along 1 side. Scoop out center of exposed banana flesh. Distribute chocolate and marshmallows between cavities. Fold banana skin back over and wrap in foil. Cook parcels for 2 mins per side, until filling melts. Serve.
