Quick Berry Sorbet With Vanilla Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g whipping cream
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    500 g frozen berry mixture
    150 g caster sugar
    3 tbsp raspberry liqueur
Preparation
    Whip cream and vanilla extract until stiff then chill. Puree berries, sugar and raspberry liqueur then use an ice cream scoop to form 12 balls and divide between 4 bowls. Serve immediately with whipped cream on the side.
