Double Cheese Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 lbs ground beef
1 None onion, coarsely grated
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 slices Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup tomato chutney
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
4 None crusty bread rolls, split
8 None lettuce leaves, torn
2 None tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup pickle slices
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Season. Using damp hands, shape mixture into 4 patties. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20 mins to firm.
Heat a grill pan on medium heat or preheat grill to medium. Add patties; cook for 5 mins. Turn; cook for 4 mins. Top each patty with 2 slices of cheese. Cook for 1 min more or until cheese starts to melt and patties are cooked through.
Mix chutney and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Top with chutney mixture.
